Exercise Classes

I run a range of pre and post natal exercise classes aimed at keeping you strong and supple throughout your pregnancy in preparation for birth and to help you get back into exercise post baby restoring your core and pelvic floor and regain your strength in the areas that are most impacted throughout pregnancy and motherhood.

Core & Pelvic Floor Restore

  • Postnatal fitness class focusing on core and pelvic floor exercises to help you rehab and strengthen your body post baby.

  • Focusing on functional moves and exercises to help you rehab your body and get you fit and strong

  • Class is for anyone postnatal (as long as 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks cesarean and you have been given the all clear to exercise)

  • Modifications given for all stages of the postnatal journey

  • Tuesdays at 12pm - online via Zoom

Friday Night Delight

  • 45 minutes postnatal fitness class

  • 45 minute yoga class with the lovely Laura Jesset

  • Nicki will get you working up a sweat and Laura will take over for a wind down and relaxation

  • Class is for anyone postnatal (as long as 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks cesarean and you have been given the all clear to exercise)

  • Modifications given for all stages of the postnatal journey

  • Friday nights from 7pm - 8.30pm - online via zoom - dates announced via mailing list and Instagram
