Exercise Classes

I run a range of pre and post natal exercise classes aimed at keeping you strong and supple throughout your pregnancy in preparation for birth and to help you get back into exercise post baby restoring your core and pelvic floor and regain your strength in the areas that are most impacted throughout pregnancy and motherhood.

Fit for baby

@ Fix London

  • ​Class is an open class for pre and postnatal clients.

  • Focusing on strength and conditioning for the ever changing demands of the body during pregnancy and the 4th trimester

  • Babies are welcome to join you and a great way of meeting new mums and mums to be

  • Mondays @ 2pm at Fix East Village

£12 per class


@ Frame

  • Mumhood Fit Mums Phase 3 

  • Class designed for Mums from 6 months postpartum

  • A high energy class focusing on strength and conditioning work for new mums so that they will be able to lift and move and chase after a toddler.

  • Babies are welcome to join you in the class.

£15 per class

Core & pelvic floor restore @

Mother's Hub

  • Postnatal fitness class focusing on core and pelvic floor exercises to help you rehab and strengthen your body.

  • Tuesdays at 12pm and 1pm @mothershub on Wood street.

  • Babies up to 1 are welcome to join you in the class



£10 per class or 6 classes for £48
